15 kgs heavier, using food for comfort, a coping mechanism and to make me feel better if I felt any type of emotion. I tried EVERY diet out there to lose weight and nothing would work for me. I thought I was destined to be over weight forever and spending my life backwards and forward to the fridge 50 x per day. It was exhausting.
